Middle e Senior Front-end Developer

As a Jun/Mid/Sen Frontend Engineer, you will be working as part of a forward-thinking team, continuously collaborating with talented and experienced UX/UI designers and back-end developers.

As our Frontend Engineer, you will:

  • Write well-structured, maintainable, idiomatic code with good documentation; unit tests for every feature, bug fixing and code reviews
  • Communicate with the rest of the company (e.g. sales, marketing, UX, etc) to ensure the functionality you’re implementing is what was intended
  • Collaborate on a cross-functional team, including mobile developers, designers and product managers, in order to quickly deliver new features
  • Work side by side with DevOps, ensuring every piece of software provides useful error messages and logging capabilities

What we’re looking for:

  • Basic CSS3 knowledge
  • Very proficient in Javascript: ES6, Webpack, React, Vue.js or Angular. Experience with React is preferred
  • Experience with SPA (single page applications) and SSR (server side rendering) with React (or any other modern JS framework)
  • Experience with atomic design strongly preferred
  • Experience with distributed version control systems: mostly Git (Github and/or Bitbucket)
  • Familiar with cloud-oriented technologies: AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku, Docker
  • Good English level
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a sense of urgency and integrity

As a Test Automation & Quality Assurance Engineer, you are a highly skilled developer, responsible for system analysis and definition within the automation framework, automation approach, structure, implementation and driving automation to completion.

You will support Teams in developing test strategies and plans to improve the robustness of the tests themselves and optimize cost and time required to develop software functionality and processes for new product releases.

As our QA Automation Engineer, you will:

  • Support product teams by implementing automated tests that verify E2E, UI, API, and data layers as part of a continuous delivery process
  • Participate in architectural discussions about automated test suites
  • Ensure automated tests internal standards are met by carrying out code reviews
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on peer test plans
  • Advocate for building and adopting tools that can enhance product development organization velocity
  • Promote the importance of quality adoption across all product areas within the organization


There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things:

  • Strong experience as software quality assurance engineer implementing automated tests
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Demonstrable experience of at least one modern test automation framework (i.e. TestCafe,Protractor, Cypress.io, Selenium or any other automated testing tool based on JavaScript)
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development framework
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, both spoken and written


As a plus you will have:

  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript
  • Good experience with REST API testing with Postman
  • Experience with Xray QA Software
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Strong experience with open-source automation tools focusing on BDD frameworks
  • Familiarity with docker containers, continuous integration systems (i.e., Gitlab, Github,
  • Jenkins), and AWS


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities

  • Diventerai un esperto dell’app Confidence tramite il nostro programma di formazione
  • Lavorerai con il cliente per capire i processi che vengono seguiti su base giornaliera/settimanale/mensile/quadrimestrale e li tradurrai in un flusso di processo.

  • Ti assicurerai che tutti i dettagli del processo siano inseriti e suggerirai modifiche al fine di migliorare il processo esistente. 

  • Registrerai il processo e creerai un template nell’app Confidence.

  • Farai formazione all’azienda nell’uso dell’app e delle sue specifiche task.

Technical Project Manager (Onsite, Remote and/or Relocation)

As a Technical Project Manager you will support the Product and Tech organizations ensuring the success of specific tech initiatives, whose goals will be defined & addressed together with different tech teams whose you will co-manage the backlog of.

The Technical Project Manager works on technical artifacts leading projects with software engineers who solve technical challenges to enable solutions impacting all of our product development teams. We’re looking for a vibrant, empathic and influential person, provided with technical acumen in order to identify the best strategy to reach committed objectives.

You must be precise in your guidance, flexible upon urgent incoming requests and proactive in identifying potential conflicts across the teams.

Your actions, in agreement with Head of Products, Tech Leads and Heads of Software Development, will define the future of our technology platform, serving millions of customers around the globe.

There are many ways for you to get involved:

  • Align on needs and expose challenges to Product Managers, Tech Leads and Head of Software development, creating together our roadmap for the Confidence Platform.
  • Manage the day-to-day backlog for selected tech teams, which focus on distribution api, supplier api, infrastructure, performance and architecture, ensuring their goals are reached.
  • Coordinate efforts between the teams to drive the success of our tech stacks, removing impediments and facilitating the discover of blockers as well as enabling successful delivery of new iterations.
  • Highlight dependencies and manage requests from Confidence product development teams, enabling them to succeed.
  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  • Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
  • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

  • Experience in API paradigm, SaaS solutions, cloud and general understanding of how web architectural systems do work.
  • Command of the main software architecture & infrastructure patterns of Distributed Systems, as well as familiar with Domain-Driven Design principles.
  • Understanding of Business Continuity Metrics & KPIs in a SaaS environment and Cloud environment.
  • Understand common practices and modern development patterns for both Frontend and Backend architecture, keen on improving developer experience on environments, processes and tools.
  • Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery technologies and patterns.
  • Familiarity with AGILE project management frameworks and tools (Kanban, Scrum), roadmapping exercises and Lean methodology.
